A few indoor meets this past weekend in the final build-up before the NCAA Championships.
At the Univrsity of Washington Last Chance Meet, Heather Haug of Montana State had one more big mile race. She finished 7th in 4:43.13.
Montana native (Gardiner) and current Seattle resident John Ricardi competed in the men's mile and finished with a solid 4:08.71.
At the University of Notre Dame Alex Wilson Invitational, Billings Senior alums Alexa and Danielle Aragon (junior and freshman at ND) were part of the Distance Medley Relay Team that set a new school record with a performance of 10:59.08.
